What is the Expo?
Picture an outdoor environment with gazebo’s, music, a friendly buzzing atmosphere and pastors speaking to vendors about resources that will help them be better at ministering to the people God has entrusted to them, or reach people in their communities with the gospel.
That is what the BU Assembly expo is about. We are looking for vendors who have something to offer to join us at the Assembly. From books to software, programmes to skills – we want it all!
The Assembly Expo will operate in 2 formats:
Bring your stand, resources and most friendly person and join us on Monday, 4th October from 12:00 – 17:00 (setup from 09:00) for a dedicated expo time where pastors will be enjoying the Expo environment.
You also have the option to continue hosting your stand in our indoor venue on Tuesday 5th & Wednesday 6th of October.
Practical Information
There will be no costs associated with hosting a stand at the Assembly. However, as there are costs involved we would welcome a donation from stands that are likely to earn some income from their stands.
We will be able to provide you with a table, 2 chairs and an electrical power point if necessary. Please provide your own Gazebo/TV/table cloth and all other decor elements you may need to make your stand inviting
